Sinopsis

Solving Movement  is a social and inclusive activity course, offering a training programme, aimed at a broad sector of groups with various outreach initiatives, such as teachers, students of primary and secondary schools ; groups with learning disabilities, sports and dance practitioners , people of all age groups, who want to stay active and live a healthy life.

The course aims to introduce participants to a vision of moving and experiencing  their physical relation in their  personal lives, whether related to art forms or applied for health and wellness . Dance is essentially a consciousness inhabiting the body with the heart and mind. A movement with meaning and emotion that offers many options for personal growth; to communicate , to keep fit or  just for personal enjoyment.

Through this intention we hope to open the possibilities for participants to become aware of their movement and integrate it into their lives , either by themselves as a personal daily routine, or in group activities.

This course is also suitable for dance students and professional dancers, whatever their level, because, their experience can be used to keep in touch with the essence of this art form .

The time of each session ranges between 1 hour 30 minutes and 3 hours , depending on the participant group.
